He is survived by his devoted wife of 73 years, Neola Edmonds Ball; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Don Morrison of Georgetown, Kentucky; two sisters, Opal Wooten of Saint Albans, WV and Delsie Neal of Milton, WV; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Crystal and Greg Ludwig of Georgetown, Kentucky; four great-grandsons, Jeremy, Jacob, Jackson, and Joshua Ludwig of Georgetown, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews and relatives; lots of friends and the staff members of both Genesis Health Care Center Teays Valley and Hospice House of Charleston, WV. Funeral service at Forrest Memorial Park, Mausoleum Chapel, Milton, WV with Hospice Chaplain Terry Yahr officiating. Burial in Forrest Memorial Park.
