Description	:	The following obituary was provided by FAG contributor M. Jensen Seggerman (#47078678): Otto V. Biba passed away at Friend Hospital on October 2, 1975, at the age of 73. Born in Exeter, Neb., on September 1, 1902, he graduated from Exeter High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1927. On November 21, 1936, he was united in marriage with Josephine Kyne in Hastings, Neb. Together they raised Jack Noragon, a foster son. Otto's occupational life was spent as a farm manager. Biba passed away at Friend Hospital on October 2, 1975, at the age of 73. Born in Exeter, Neb., on September 1, 1902, he graduated from Exeter High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1927. On November 21, 1936, he was united in marriage with Josephine Kyne in Hastings, Neb. Together they raised Jack Noragon, a foster son. Otto's occupational life was spent as a farm manager. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Biba, his mother, Mary Kebrle Biba, and his sister, Mamie. Funeral services were held at St. Stephen's church in Exeter on October 4. Pallbearers included Armin Bender, J.J. Dinneen, Raymond Erdkamp, Earl Manning, and Gary and Larry Ruhl. Interment followed at the Exeter cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Jospehine; niece, Frances B. Land, and foster son, Jack L. Noragon, and his daughter, Michele Lea. The Nebraska Signal 9 Oct. 1975 page 6A
