Description	:	Palma Barbara Molacek Schwarz was born the only child of Joseph and Emilie (Krofta) Molacek in Colfax County, Neb., on June 16, 1919. She passed into her eternal life on June 6, 2005. Palma's mother died two weeks after giving her birth, a loss she felt every day of her life. At age 17, Palma attended cosmetology school in Omaha, Neb. At age 17, Palma attended cosmetology school in Omaha, Neb. She practiced her profession with pride, hard work and talent for 58 years. On Nov. 19, 1939, she married LeRoy "Bud" Schwarz in Wisner, Neb. They moved to Billings in 1957. Palma owned and operated Pam's Beauty Shoppe in her home for 35 years. Mom was a member of the Catholic Daughters and St. Pius X Catholic Church. She prayed her rosary every day of her life. Palma could take just about anything that others thought was nothing and make it beautiful. Her talents were immeasurable, and her Czech cooking and baking were always the center of the huge family gatherings. What was most important to her, throughout her whole life, was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always said, "Don't tell people I'm a good mother, just say I tried to be a good mother." You were wrong this time, Mom, you were the best mother. One of her grandsons recently said, "If Grandma doesn't make it to heaven, then the rest of us are in big trouble." Palma is survived by her sons, Bob Schwarz and Dan (Marcey) Schwarz, Billings; two daughters, JoAnn (Jerry) Driscoll, Billings, and Barbara (Tim) Karst, Missoula; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; a half-sister, Adella Schutt; and half-brother Lloyd Molacek, both of Nebraska. Those awaiting her homecoming in heaven are her precious granddaughter Hannah; both her parents; a stepmother; her husband Bud; two half-brothers; and many close aunts, uncles and cousins. A vigil will be held at Smith Funeral Chapel at 304 34th St. West, Billings, MT 59102, on June 9, at 7 p.m. A private family service will be held at Smith Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Mom, we shall never forget your wonderful sense of humor, your sound motherly instincts and, most of all, your unconditional love. Rest now you did well. We love you. You will be often in our thoughts, always in our prayers and forever in our hearts. The family wishes to thank the staff of St. John's and Horizon Hospice Home for their tender, gentle and loving care.
