Memorials may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church or St. Joseph Hospice. Pam was born Aug. 8, 1944, to Herbert and Charlotte (Harrand) Klatt in Melbourne, Iowa, where she was raised. In 1962, she graduated from Melbourne High School. On Aug. 4 of the same year, Pam was married to William H. Robinson at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Melbourne. The couple lived in Melbourne until moving their family to Walker in 1983, where they owned and operated Steamboat Bay Resort. Pam was a familiar face to many, as she drove school bus for many years. Pam enjoyed cooking for family and friends and was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan. She was an active member of Hope Lutheran Church and was on the Hope Lutheran Board of Property Committee. She also served as a Leech Lake Township Trustee. Survivors include four children: William (Lisa) Robinson, of Garnavillo, IA, Michael (Jodi) Robinson, of West Fargo, ND, Douglas (Renee) Robinson, of Bemidji, MN, Jennifer (Darin) Fagerman, of Grand Marais, MN; 8 grandchildren; mother, Charlotte Klatt; siblings: Vickie Stahl, Herbert (Laura) Klatt, Jeffrey (Marsha) Klatt; brother-in-law, Rick Durr; brother and sister in law, J. Ronald and Connie (Robinson) Everist. Pam was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Robinson; father, Herbert Klatt; in-laws, Harold and Helen Robinson; sister, Andrea Durr and niece, Karrie Everist.
