She was born on March 27, 1930, in Holyoke, Colorado, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Miller) Linnenbrink. Read More	In Memory of Patricia "Pat" Hart March 27, 1930 ~ April 21, 2017 Patricia “Pat” Hart, age 87, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017. She was born on March 27, 1930, in Holyoke, Colorado, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Miller) Linnenbrink. Pat received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado and her Master’s Degree in Media Science from the University of Nebraska. Pat taught English and Social Studies at Pound Junior High and was the Library Media Specialist there for 25 years, retiring in 1991. She grew up on a farm in northeastern Colorado during the Depression as the youngest of five children. Her mother was determined she attend college and there, Pat met her lifelong partner and teammate, Stan Hart, who was studying education also, on the G I Bill. Together they made their way successfully through life’s ebbs and flows. June 15th of this year would have marked their 65th wedding anniversary. Together they raised a happy family, solved crossword puzzles, were active in St Joseph’s Parish, and were faithful Husker fans in many sports. Pat is survived by: her husband, Stan; daughters, Jane Hart and Margaret (Paul) Kuhl; son, Brad Hart; granddaughter, Emily Kuhl; and nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at St Joseph Catholic Church. Burial at Calvary Cemetery. Obituary information from Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home of Lincoln, Nebraska.
