Description	:	Patricia Lee O'Brien , 45, of 2 Highland Rd. suffered fatal head injuries Saturday when a car driven by her husband, Francis O'Brien , struck a moose on Route 16 in Albany, N.H., about 9:15 p.m. A spokeswoman for the Carol County sheriff's office said the moose ran out of the woods and into the path of the car in which she was a passenger at about 9:15 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. O'Brien were taken to the North Conway Memorial Hospital, where Mrs. O'Brien died about an hour later. Francis O'Brien was treated for scrapes and bruises. Born in Attleboro, Mass., a daughter of Lewis Stanhope of Yarmouth, Mass., and Helen (Dennis) Stanhope of Port St. Lucie, Fla., she moved to North Conway 20 years ago. Mrs. O'Brien received her LPN at Winthrop Community Hospital, Winthrop, Mass., and returned to school at New Hampshire Vocational Tech, where she completed her nurse training and recieved her RN. She was a staff nurse at North Conway Memorial Hospital. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Mountains Church. Besides her husband and parents she leaves two daughters, Jennifer L. Witherell of Portland, Maine, Julie G. Witherell of North Conway, and a sister, Karen Riccio of Saugus, Mass. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. from the Stephen H. Foley Funeral Home, 126 S. Main St., Attleboro, with a funeral Mass at 9 at St. John the Evangelist Church, North Main Street, Attleboro.
