Description	:	"BROADUS -- Patrick H. Davis had worked for Cenex Oil, Powder River Manor, Powder River Road Department and Cashway Truck Stop. In 1984 he purchased a large truck which he leased to Hunt Transportation in Omaha, Neb. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and working with leather. He played the mandolin and violin and was a past member of the Broadus Jaycees. Mr. Davis, 52, died Monday evening in the Deaconess Medical Center of cancer. Mr. Davis, 52, died Monday evening in the Deaconess Medical Center of cancer. He was born in Haxby, Mont., a son of James and Virginia Kipf Davis. He was raised and educated in the Jordan area and worked on the family ranch until enlisting in the Army. He served in Germany and after his discharge, returned to the Broadus and Miles City area where he worked on various ranches. On Feb. 3, 1965, he married Sherry Popp in Belle Fourche, S.D. They made their home in Broadus. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Chad of Belle Fourche and Jamie of the family home; a daughter, Janee of the family home; three brothers, Jim of Broadus, Dale of Twin Bridges and Ben of Miles City; two sisters, Cora Patrick and Lennice Wood, both of Miles City; and his father, of Miles City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Powder River Congregational Church with burial in the Broadus Valley View Cemetery. Graves Memorial Chapel of Miles City is in charge."
