Description	:	GREENFIELD – Patrick “Pat” Joseph Larrabee, age 50, of Greenfield, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. He was born on September 18, 1964 in Greenfield as the son of Michael and Carol (Roberts) Larrabee. He graduated from New Palestine High School in 1983. Pat married Melanie (Short) on June 4, 1988 in New Palestine. Pat was a contractor who built many homes in the community. He worked with his father for several years developing land and managing their farming business. Earlier in his career, he managed at Mt. Comfort Airport. Pat was an avid NASCAR fan and loved watching football... Read More	GREENFIELD – Patrick “Pat” Joseph Larrabee, age 50, of Greenfield, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. He was born on September 18, 1964 in Greenfield as the son of Michael and Carol (Roberts) Larrabee. He graduated from New Palestine High School in 1983. Pat married Melanie (Short) on June 4, 1988 in New Palestine. Pat was a contractor who built many homes in the community. He worked with his father for several years developing land and managing their farming business. Earlier in his career, he managed at Mt. Comfort Airport. Pat was an avid NASCAR fan and loved watching football with his wife. He enjoyed going to the horse track and to BBQ cook-offs with friends. His life revolved around his three children, who meant more to him than anything. Pat loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. Pat is survived by his loving wife, Melanie Larrabee of Greenfield; children, Patrick, Nolan, and Sydney Larrabee all of Greenfield; mother, Carol Larrabee of New Palestine; siblings, Lisa (Jeff) Moore and Mike (Renee) Larrabee both of New Palestine; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Larrabee. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. also at the mortuary. Indian Creek Christian Church will be officiating.
