Patsy Ann Stotts was born in Washington, Iowa, on October 11, 1941. She was the daughter of Frank and Ruth Stotts. Patsy attended school in the Marshalltown School District graduating with the class of 1959. Patsy was united in marriage to Larry J. Patsy Ann Stotts was born in Washington, Iowa, on October 11, 1941. She was the daughter of Frank and Ruth Stotts. Patsy attended school in the Marshalltown School District graduating with the class of 1959. Patsy was united in marriage to Larry J. Halverson June 9, 1961, at the Elim Lutheran Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. They were blessed with two children: Michael and Tracy. Patsy worked at Bell Telephone Company for a few years and then became a housewife. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, spending time with family and friends, and she loved her church. Patsy is survived by her husband, Larry, of 50 years; son, Michael (Susan) Halverson of Virginia; daughter, Tracy Halverson Frank (Faith) California. Patsy is proceeded is death by her parents, Frank and Ruth; her brother, Frank; and sister, Betty. Funeral services for Patsy Ann Halverson, 71, of Marshalltown, were held Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Liberty Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Mason officiating. She was laid to rest in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Mike Halverson, Rex Gunderson, Steve Halverson, Mike Lada, Damien Draper and Don Carlon. Groups from the Liberty Baptist Church, Iowa River Hospice, Marshalltown High School Class of 1959, Fisher Retirees, Emerson, family and friends were in attendance.
