She was born July 16, 1942 in Pittsburg, KS to George and Ruth (Hall) Farris. She was united in marriage September 1, 1962 to Frank Joe Kuhel, Sr. who preceded her in death July 14, 2004. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg where she was a Eucharistic minister and lector. Survivors include her children – Cindy Green and husband Mike, Frank Joe Kuhel, Jr. and George Steven Kuhel; Grandchildren – Jesse Clay Green, Samuel Thomas Green and Frank Devin Kuhel; Sister – Jeannie Costantini and husband Ray; brother G. Steven Farris and wife Vicki and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank and a son Peter Paul Kuhel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Baldwin as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8pm Sunday where the parish Rosary will be recited at 6:30pm. Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com. Memorials may be made to the LCC Scholarship fund; these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home. Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home 522 S.
