Description	:	Paul A. Bennett, 72, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., died Thursday, September 8, 2011 following a short illness. Paul was born in Franklin, June 5, 1939 son of Harold I. and Marjorie L. (Tanguay) Bennett. He spent his youth in Franklin and attended schools there. He was a 1960 graduate of Franklin High School. He owned and operated several successful beauty salons in... Read More	Paul A. Bennett, 72, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., died Thursday, September 8, 2011 following a short illness. Paul was born in Franklin, June 5, 1939 son of Harold I. and Marjorie L. (Tanguay) Bennett. He spent his youth in Franklin and attended schools there. He was a 1960 graduate of Franklin High School. Following graduation Paul went on to study cosmetology in Boston, later opening a beauty salon in the Boston area. He moved to the Port St. Lucie area in Florida and lived there until his death. He owned and operated several successful beauty salons in Florida. Following the sale of his salons he continued working part time, caring for the needs of many of his clients he had over the years. He retired just prior to his death. He was predeceased by his infant brother Bruce in 1964, and his father Harold in 1995. His family includes, his mother, Marjorie L. (Tanguay) Bennett of Boscawen; sister, Nan Legare of Franklin; brothers, Harold J. Bennett of Chichester, and Richard N. Bennett of Franklin; nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 24th, at 11 a.m. at Franklin Cemetery in Franklin. Paul will be buried in the family lot there.
