Description	:	Paul David Kauzlarich, 78, of Eddyville died Sunday April 10, 2011 at the University Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. He was born in Albia, Iowa on February 16, 1933 to Tony and Romona(Buyan)Kauzlarich. Paul served in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion in Albia and the V.F.W. of Ottumwa. Paul was also a member of the I.B.E.W. 55. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom huntingn, and challenging projects brought to him by friends and family. Paul enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His door was always open and the coffee always on. ... Read More	Paul David Kauzlarich, 78, of Eddyville died Sunday April 10, 2011 at the University Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. He was born in Albia, Iowa on February 16, 1933 to Tony and Romona(Buyan)Kauzlarich. Paul served in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion in Albia and the V.F.W. of Ottumwa. Paul was also a member of the I.B.E.W. 55. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom huntingn, and challenging projects brought to him by friends and family. Paul enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His door was always open and the coffee always on. As a young man Paul worked as an electrical lineman, a truck driver, and also a mechanic. Paul is survived by his companion of 32 years Pam Steel of Eddyville; his daughters Liz Chambers of Oskaloosa, Heather(Tim)Elswick of Eddyville, and Linda(Scott)Foens of Cedar Rapids, and a special son Lonnie(Kim)McCoy and Gage; grandchildren Kelly(Mark)Bruxvoort, Krystal(Brent)Lanphier, Rosella Chambers, Sierra, Tristan, and Dylan Elswick, Brandon(Kaitlin)Emrich, Fayde, Sydnei, and Nik Foens; and one great grandchild Logan Bruxvoort. Paul is also survived by two brothers John Kauzlarich, and Rudy(Gertie)Kauzlarich; and three sisters Helen Woodward, Frances Kipfer, and Gloria Crall. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sons Paul David Kauzlarich Jr., and Christopher James Kauxlarich. Paul is also preceded in death by his four brothers and four sisters. Graveside Memorial Services with military rites will be Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 10 am at Highland Cemetery in Eddyville. A celebration of life reception provided by the family will follow. A memorial has been established to Paul's family.
