Description	:	Funeral services for Paul G. Tosch were held at the Presbyterian church on Thursday, Dec. 10th, the Rev. James A. Rice officiating. A double quartet sang. Pall bearers were:W. J. Y., May 23, 1888, and passed away at his home in this city Sunday, Dec. 6, 1953, at the age of 65 years, following a brief serious illness. Mr. Tosch came to South Dakota in March of 1911. On July 22, 1911, he was united in marriage to Laura Pasch, and the home was established in Groton, where the couple resided ever since, except for short stays at various cities while Mr. Tosch was employed for a number of years in several capacities for the State department. He was engaged in the contractor - builder occupation. To his union three children were born. The deceased was a kind and loving husband and father and was highly respected by all who knew him. His friendly nature gained for him the warm friendship of many. Heartfelt sympathy is extended to the family in their loss. Survivors include his wife, Laura; two daughters, Miss Cora Tosch and Mrs. G. K. (Irma) Stair, and one son, Orville; also four grandchildren, Lois, Paul, Laura and Thomas Tosch; one brother Fred of Buffalo, N. Y., and a sister, Mrs. Paul Naber, of Rochester, New York. Out-of-town relatives attending the last rites were: Miss Cora Tosch, Albany, N. Y.; Mr. and Mrs. G. K. Stair, Minneapolis, Minn.; Orville W. Tosch, Buffalo, N. Y.; Albert Paeth, Webster, S. D., and Mrs. Martha Paepke, Aberdeen.
