He was under the care of a physician for 8 days prior to his death. Although Paul was born in Indiana he spent most of his life living in NC His death certificate has him buried in Booneville Cemetery in Booneville NC but his name appears on the Union Hill Methodist Cem, East Bend NC plat map.
