Description	:	PAUL S. PLOWMAN Paul Smith Plowman, son of Paul and Catherine Plowman, was born Dec. 12, 1867, on a farm south of Douds, and passed away Oct. 7, 1958 at the age of 90 years, 9 months and 25 days. He lived his entire life on the same farm, which was homesteaded by his father. He was united in marriage to Christine Kunzman. To this union one daughter was born, Mary Mae Carr. PLOWMAN Paul Smith Plowman, son of Paul and Catherine Plowman, was born Dec. 12, 1867, on a farm south of Douds, and passed away Oct. 7, 1958 at the age of 90 years, 9 months and 25 days. He lived his entire life on the same farm, which was homesteaded by his father. He was united in marriage to Christine Kunzman. To this union one daughter was born, Mary Mae Carr. Mr. Plowman was a resident of the Douds community all his life. He was a member of the Methodist church, which he attended when he was able in his younger years. He was the youngets(err) of twelve, all of whom preceded him in death. Surviving him are one daughter, Mrs. Mary Mae Carr, two grandchildren, Mrs. Madelyn Davis of Keosauqua and Stephen Carr of Douds, six great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 9 at the Pedrick Funeral home in Douds, conducted by the Rev. David Pease, Methodist pastor. Interment was in Leando cemetery.
