The following obituaries are from our family history book. Obituary #1: Pauline O Mueller What had been a happy birthday for Miss Pauline O. Mueller, the 23 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Mueller, terminated in sadness occasioned by her death Sunday evening. She had been aflicted with eczema for five years and just recently contracted bronchitis. The heat of the past summer seemed to affect her with great severity and she had been unable to come down town for some months. Since Friday of last week there was a noticeable change in her condition but she mingled happily with the guests at her birthday dinner on Sunday until 2 o'clock, when she complained of illness and went to bed. Death came at 10 o'clock. Twelve brothers and sisters survive the young woman, besides her parents, and the bright personality of Pauline will be missed in the home circle where she was much beloved. The surviving are Mrs Emil Mueller, Joe. Mrs. Frank Ernst, Alfred. Rosina, Mathilda, Jennie, Magdalena, Walter, Alban and Gertrude of Bellevue, and Ferdinana Jr. of Hillsdale, Wyoming. Funeral services will be held at St. Josephs Catholic Church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. Obituary #2 Sudden Summons For Young Woman Miss Pauline Mueller Passed Away Sunday Evening Aged 23 Years. The death of Miss Pauline ueller occurred Sunday evening at 10:00 o'clock at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Mueller. The young woman had suffered from a severe form of eczema for some years and a few weeks ago was taken with bronchitis, still her condition was not such as to indicate that the summons was so near at hand. Sunday being the anniversary of her birth she participated in the festivities of the occasion, but during the afternoon, she complained of not feeling well and went to bed. She gradually grew worse and departed this life at the hour above stated. She was born in Bellevue, October 1, 1893, and besides her parents is survived by the following brothers and sisters, Mary, Rosa, Jennie, Rosina, Mathilda, Madeline, Gertrude, Joseph, Ferdinand, Alfred, Walter, and albin. She was a member of St. Josephs Church and was a young woman held in the highest esteem by all who knew her. The funeral took place Wednesday morning from St. Josephs Church. The pall bearers were Edward Meier, Ignatz Ruf, Jr., John Irvin, Edward Petesch, Wm. Meier, Ralph Millman. Interment in the Catholic Cemetery.
