Description	:	Pauline Kratzer, of Converse, Indiana, entered heaven at noon on Christmas day. Pauline was the daughter of the late Earl and Martha Moorman of Swayzee, and had 10 brothers and sisters. After graduating from Swayzee High School, she married Tom Kratzer on August 17, 1952, he survives. She worked at Oak Hill High School in the cafeteria, as well as working almost 25 years at Marion General Hospital as a nurse aide. Her husband Tom was a farmer and drove a school bus. Pauline was the daughter of the late Earl and Martha Moorman of Swayzee, and had 10 brothers and sisters. After graduating from Swayzee High School, she married Tom Kratzer on August 17, 1952, he survives. She worked at Oak Hill High School in the cafeteria, as well as working almost 25 years at Marion General Hospital as a nurse aide. Her husband Tom was a farmer and drove a school bus. She was the Grant County Farm Bureau Pet and Hobby Leader for several years. She especially loved young children, and taught Sunday school at Richland Chapel, where she and Tom were members all of their married life. She loved singing, playing the piano and organ, watching the Colts, and collecting chickens and dolls. She is survived by her husband, Tom Kratzer of Converse, Indiana; son, Mark (Carolyn) Kratzer of Uniontown, Ohio; daughter, Teresa (Rick) Seward of Reynolds, Indiana; and son, Terry (Floretta) Kratzer of Swayzee, Indiana. She has 5 grandsons, Joel (Kristin), Jonathan and Matthew Kratzer and Brett and Brian Seward; and one great-grandson, Luke Kratzer. She is also survived by step grandson, Tracy (Tammy) Melton; step granddaughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Annee; seven step great-grandchildren, Jared, Caleb, Kolten and Kenley Melton and Madeline, Sophia and Lauryn Annee; siblings, Mary (Leland) Buroker, Earl Dwayne (Pauline) Moorman, Ruth Ann (Jim) Sheedy, Rosetta (Tom) Beck, Margaret Street, Ralph (Rosemary) Moorman, Janet (Jim) Stinger, Nancy Jones, and Lee (Linda) Moorman; and many nieces and nephews. Her parents, Earl and Martha Moorman and sister, Alice (Martin) Florek preceded her in death. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Rybolt Chapel, 314 N. Washington Street, Swayzee, Indiana and at the church on Saturday from 10 am to time of service. Funeral Service will be at 11 am on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Richland Chapel United Methodist Church, 5026 North 900 West, Converse, Indiana with Pastor Carolyn Mikesell officiating. Burial will be in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Kokomo, Indiana.
