She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Chamberlain was born July 27, 1905, in East Fairfield, the daughter of Perry Calvin and Emma Gertrude (Esenwein) Albright, and lived in East Fairfield all her life. Read More	Obituary printed in Morning Journal newspaper 1/12/2002 NEW WATERFORD-Pauline Mae Chamberlain, 96, of 45204 State Route 517, went to be with the Lord at 12:10 p.m. on Monday. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Chamberlain was born July 27, 1905, in East Fairfield, the daughter of Perry Calvin and Emma Gertrude (Esenwein) Albright, and lived in East Fairfield all her life. She was a 1924 graduate of Fairfield Township High School, where she played on the girls' basketball team. She was a homemaker who grew roses and a bountiful garden, and who helped her husband run the family farm. She loved to sit on her porch swing with her family. She was a member of the East Fairfield United Methodist Church, where she was active in the United Methodist Women, the Friendly Circle, and the Pioneer Sunday School Class. She made many quilts and afghans as cherished mementos for her family members. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Verjean Bable of Columbiana, Mrs. Robert (Kathleen) Smith of Columbiana, and Mrs. Glenn (Joyce) Ward of New Waterford; one son, Jay Chamberlain of Columbiana; one sister, Evelyn Albright of New Waterford; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and six great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clark Zachery Chamberlain, whom she married on Aug. 16, 1926, and who went to be with the Lord on Oct 22, 1980; and two brothers, Floyd Albright and the Rev. Charles Albright. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church with the Rev. Mitchell Hennessey officiating. Burial will be in the East Fairfield Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church. Material tributes may be made to the memorial fund of the church.
