Pleasant, Iowa, and passed away, Dec. 29, 1946, in the same home in which he was born. He lived all but about two years of his life in the house of his birth. On January 5, 1921, he was united in marriage to Bessie Whitham. There remain to mourn his loss, his wife, two brothers, Elmer of Fairfield, and Will of Mt. Pleasant; a stepson in Aurora, George Whitham, and some nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and the Camp and the Rebekahs.
