Little Earl and Pearl Craigmyle, sons of Lloyd and Alice Craigmyle, died at their home near Plevna last week. These little twin boys were born December 30, 1906. Earl died Feb. 18, 1908, making him 2 years, 1 month and 19 days old. Pearl died Feb. 21, 1908, making him 2 years, 1 month and 22 days old. This was the second case of pneumonia that little Pearl had to battle this winter. He lingered in his last sickness a little over two weeks, but little Earl took with pneumonia on Wednesday and death came the following Tuesday. These little babies were laid to rest in the King graveyard. They leave to mourn their departure a father, mother and one sister, besides a host of relatives and friends. All was done that could be done to relieve the little suffering children, but to no avail. We know that Jesus reigns. He reigns victorious over heaven and earth most gracious. 'Tis so hard to understand why our little darlings are taken. We so often watch our most favorite plants grow until they become so beautiful we transplant then in a nor suitable garden. So God has taken these little twin flowers to make his garden more beautiful, but we can not understand shy dear gardens are robbed of our pretty flowers to be transplanted into another, but alas Not now but in the coming years, It may be in the better land, We'll read the meaning of our tears And there sometime we'll understand. The trust in God thru all thy days. Fear not for he doth hold thy hearts. Tho dark thy way still sing and praise, Sometimes, sometime we'll understand.
