Description	:	The Mathneys listed this grave in 1977. A search in 2013 and after the grave yard was cleaned-up in 2018, no marker was found. Pearl along with J.A. Michael & J. Seybert Hansel were the owners of the McDowell Cheese Factory. The factory opened in the fall of 1924. Research is on going to find more information on the Cheese Factory. Highland Recorder September 18, 1958 Pearl H. Williams, 80, a lifelong resident of the McDowell area, died Sunday evening, Sept 14, at the C&O Hospital in Clifton Forge. Mr. Williams was born at McDowell on Oct. 9, 1877, a son of Pascal D. and Elizabeth Good Williams and spent his life as a farmer at the old family home. He had only recently moved to Millboro where he had planned to live with a granddaughter. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Daisy Rhodes, Washington, D.C.; four sons, Albert Williams, Culpeper; Jesse Williams, Clearwater, Fla.; Simon Williams, Warm Springs and Joseph Williams, Monterey. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from McDowell Methodist Church conducted by Rev. E. Lee Chattin. Burial was in Davis Cemetery.
