She was a passenger in the sedan driven by Miss Loretta Clerf. She was born Feb. 2, 1899 in Wheaton, Minn., and came to Ellensburg from Lewistown, Mont. in 1943. She has made her home at 304 E. 13th street for the past 11 years. Mrs. Gannon was a registered nurse, a member of St. Andrews Church, the St. Andrew's Altar Society and the American Legion Auxilliary. She is survived by a son, Rodney E. Gannon of Moses Lake; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Jo Smith of Seattle, and her mother, Mrs. Margaret Boyce of Ellensburg, two sisters, Mrs. W. Harry Jump of Ellensburg and Mrs. N. P. Thiesen of Seattle. Rosary services will be held at St. Andrews' tonight at 8:30. a Requiem Mass will take place tomorrow at 9 a.m. with burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family suggests that those wishing to give masses in lieu of flowers may leave them at the St. Andrews rectory, 702 N. Pine. Ellensburg Record, March 10, 1959
