Peggy was born December 6, 1930 in Richmond County the daughter of the late Dudley Duncan Parsons and Irene Shelton Parsons. She was a nurse at Moore Regional Hospital and UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Peggy was a loving and very positive person and loved growing her roses and lilies. Survivors are her husband, Afshin Meymandi of Rockingham.
