Description	:	Peggy C. Templin, 94, of Lincoln formerly of Grand Island peacefully passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021. Services will be held on Monday, February 22 at 11 a.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home, with visitation the hour prior. Dan Naranjo will officiate. Peggy grew up in Uehling, NE where she graduated from high school in 1944. On December 31, 1969 she was united in marriage to Robert Templin. The couple made their home in Grand Island. With this union, Peggy was blessed with two step children, Bobby and Kristie. When Peggy met Bob, she was employed by Kilpatrick of Omaha as a buyer. Peggy and Bob enjoyed socializing, and she enjoyed her employment with Hovland-Swanson Women’s clothing in Grand Island from 1974 to 1984. Peggy loved to dance and any events that let her socialize and meet new people. She also enjoyed sewing in her spare time. Peggy was a member of PEO Chapter EH in Grand Island. She is survived by her stepchildren, Robert “Bobby” (Paula) Templin Jr. of Colorado and Kristie (Jack) Boysen of Fremont; sister, Twila (Stan) Sass of Lincoln; niece, Sally (David) Thomsen of Lincoln; sister-in-law, Bonnie Larson of Oakland; five step-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Templin; and parents; brother, Merrill “Skinny” Larson.
