Description	:	Andrews Mrs. Peggy Etheridge Shreck, of Atlanta and formerly of Andrews, and widow of William H. Shreck, died at the Medical College Hospital in Charleston Friday. She had been in ill health for several months and gravely ill for the past several weeks. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at Sring Gully Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. A. T. Robertson and the Rev. C. T. Powell. Burial will follow in Piney Forest Cemetery under the direction of Mayer Funeral Home. Mrs. Shreck, a daughter of Mrs. Emma Coward Etheridge and the late Jesse Etheridge, was born in Williamsburg County on Sept. 19, 1921. She was reared in and near Andrews and attended schools of that area. For a number of years she live in Florida. The last 15 years she had made her home in Atlanta where she was employed by the Colonial Baking Company. Surviving are: a son, William E. Shreck, and a daughter, Mrs. Barbara S. Rowland, both of Atlanta; her mother, Mrs. Emma Coward Etheridge of Andrews; two grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Etheridge of Georgeotwn; two sisters, Mrs. Ray Dyson of Andrews and Mrs. Charles Johnson of Georgetown; adn several nephews and nieces.
