Read More	Harlan Tribune Harlan, Iowa Tuesday March 30, 1993 page 4B Peggy Page, 60 July 10, 1932 – March 17, 1993 HARLAN — Peggy Frances Page, daughter of Joseph Martin and Thelma Bernice (Hulsebus) Barnes was born July 10, 1932 at Harlan, at the home of her grandfather on Main Street She died March 11, 1993, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, at age 60 years, eight months and seven days. After her birth, she was so tiny that she was brought home in a shoebox, and at one time her family had made their home in a railroad boxcar. She attended school in Harlan, and was a lifetime resident in Harlan. Dec. 11, 1954, she married Howard Page in Omaha, NE. Five children were born to this union. They have made their home in Harlan, and from 1965 to 1975, she was employed at the Myrtue Memorial Hospital in Harlan as a Nurse Aid. She had also been employed at Jensen's Canning Factory and the Harmony Cafe. She attended and was a faithful member of the First Christian Church in Harlan. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving is her husband, Howard Page of Harlan; her children, Frannie (Dan) Nissen of Elk Horn; Steven Page (Gloria), Joseph and Harry Page, all of Harlan; and Marydell (Dan) Hayes of Harlan; 5 grandchildren; her mother-in-law, Maude Page of Harlan; 1 brother, Harry Barnes (Dolly) of Grundy Center; and other relatives. Funeral services were held March 20, 1993 at the Pauley Funeral Home in Harlan with the Rev. Don Scheopf of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial was in the Harlan cemetery with Keith Page, Jim Page and Randy Page honorary casketbearers. Casketbearers were Craig Barnes, Chuck Barnes, Gordon Aswegan, Dan Anderson, Lee A.
