Born April 27, 1935, in Oakland, she was the daughter of the late McKinley and Genevieve (Madigan) Paugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Franklin Harvey, in 2005; two sisters, Bonnie Fitzwater and Lois Simmons. Peggy was a member of Deer Park United Methodist Church and had worked for Bausch & Lomb. She is survived by a son, Franklin M. Harvey and wife, Gina, Oakland; a sister, Rose Alice Shaffer, Oakland and a granddaughter, Hailey Harvey. At Peggys request she will be cremated.... A graveside service will be conducted at the Deer Park Cemetery on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Tepper officiating. Following her service, a meal will be held at Deer Park United Methodist Church. Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Dr., Oakland, is in charge of her arrangements.
