Penny was born July 22, 1946 in Lima, OH, to the late Donald Eugene Tice and Colleen (Burkholder) Tice who survives in Harrod. Her husband, Ray Douglas Daniel survives in Lima. Penny was a 1964 graduate of Harrod High School and she was a graduate of Northwestern Business College. Penny was born July 22, 1946 in Lima, OH, to the late Donald Eugene Tice and Colleen (Burkholder) Tice who survives in Harrod. Her husband, Ray Douglas Daniel survives in Lima. Penny was a 1964 graduate of Harrod High School and she was a graduate of Northwestern Business College. She is survived by her husband, Ray Douglas Daniel of Lima; mother, Colleen Tice of Harrod; brother, Rick Tice of Washington, NC; sister, Jackie (Richard) Aiosa of Myrtle Beach, SC; brother, Donald Tice of Harrod and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by a son, Wayne Douglas Daniel. Memorial services will begin at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
