He had been in usual health but became ill in the night and died suddenly. Mr. and Mrs. Younker, who observed their 60th wedding anniversary on October 19, 1953, had spent most of their married lives in Wayne County. After retiring from the farm Mr. Younker was employed with the state highway for a number of years. Besides his widow, Cora, he is survived by two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Stella Mathers of State Center, Mrs. Edna Retherford, Chariton, Earl of Corvallis, Mont., and Everett of Missoula, Mont., several grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Mollie Churchill of Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. this afternoon, Thursday, July 15 from the Wolf funeral home in Corydon. Burial will be in Rush Cemetery. unknown newspaper
