Description	:	Peter F. Bosch, 79, of Bismarck, formerly of Linton, died Friday, May 4, 2007 in a Bismarck Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, 2007 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Linton with the Reverend Gary Benz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with military rites provided by the Linton American Legion. Arrangements by Myers Funeral Home. Peter was born January 12, 1928 on the family farm west of Linton, ND, the son of Fred W. and Dorothy (Schweitzer) Bosch. He attended rural school. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1952. He served during the Korean War in Italy. After his discharge he returned to Linton where he farmed. Peter married Magdalena Wald on October 24, 1956 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Linton, ND. After their marriage, they continued to farm west of Linton. Magdalena died July 18, 1982. Peter retired from farming in 1994. He was a resident of the Strasburg Care Center before he entered St. Vincent's Care Center in Bismarck in February of 1999. Peter was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and the Linton American Legion. He was also a 4H leader for 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by four sons and two daughters-in-law: Chuck and Pam Bosch of Bismarck, ND, Bruce Bosch of Spooner, WI, Miles Bosch of Bismarck, ND and Francis and Shelly Bosch of Mandan, ND; one daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and Thomas Seefeld of Bismarck, ND; seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter; and one sister, Ann Schmaltz of Bismarck, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife in 1982, five brothers and 1 sister.
