Surviving besides 6 children are 3 brothers (Manass, Milwaukie, Oreg; David, Shipshewana, Ind; and Haven, Kans), 36 grandchildren, and 41 great-grandchildren. He became a member of the Old Order Amish Church and later transferred to the Mennonite Church at Middlebury, Ind. Funeral services were held at Middlebury, in charge of Wilbur Yoder, assisted by Harold Yoder. Burial was made in the Rose Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury.
