Description	:	A Loyalist in the American Revolution, Peter was a Sergeant in the Queen's Rangers. After the Revolution ended, Peter fled to Nova Scotia Canada and met up with his father there. He married Mary Coates, daughter of another Loyalist, in 1787. With the compensation he and his father received from the British, Peter was able to establish a successful farm by the Maccan River and raise a family of 11 children. He founded the Baptist Church there and held many town offices. He was buried with his father in the Harrison Burial Ground. There is no marker, and the burial...
