Born Dec. 23, 1941, in Cumberland, Mr. McGreevy was the son of the late Agnes Clair (McGreevy) Kienhofer. A graduate of Allegany High School, class of 1959, who also attended Allegany College of Maryland, Tim was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 307, where he served as Past President. Read More	Cumberland Times-News, July 20, 2009: CUMBERLAND — Timothy Jude McGreevy, 67, of Cumberland, died Saturday, July 18, 2009, at the WMHS-Braddock Campus. Born Dec. 23, 1941, in Cumberland, Mr. McGreevy was the son of the late Agnes Clair (McGreevy) Kienhofer. A graduate of Allegany High School, class of 1959, who also attended Allegany College of Maryland, Tim was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 307, where he served as Past President. He was a member of the Cresaptown Eagles Aerie 2883; the Goodfellowship Club; and the Gold Star Post V.F.W. Tim was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, the Baltimore Orioles, and Dale Earnhart Sr. Tim is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lana D. (Cosner) McGreevy; his brothers, Jim Kienhofer and his wife Kathy, of Frederick, Kevin Kienhofer and his wife Rosalind, of Cresaptown, and Richie Kienhofer and his wife Diane, of Frederick; his uncle, Robert McGreevy, of Cumberland; his friends, Donna Huff, affectionately known as his "rent-a-daughter," and her husband Robert, of Pinto; and his cat, Cactus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in the Cumberland and Frederick areas. Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, from 7 to 8 p.m. A memorial service will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at 8 p.m. with Chaplain Gary Cannon officiating. A private interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans' Cemetery at Rocky Gap.
