Description	:	OBIT: Philip F. Days, Woldale District farmer, died at his home Friday afternoon at the age of 66 years. He had operated the farm for the past 16 years. Days was born in Sedalia, Missouri, October 4, 1893 and moved to Goldendale with his family in 1900. He later came to Ellensburg around 1920 and operated a dairy service until he went to work for the Northern Pacific Railway in 1924. He worked at their round house until it was moved to Yakima. He had operated the farm for the past 16 years. Days was born in Sedalia, Missouri, October 4, 1893 and moved to Goldendale with his family in 1900. Later he was employed by the Ellensburg Water Department. On January 24, 1917, he was married in Ellensburg to Bertha Marie Stiltner who preceded him in death February 2, 1955. Survivors include one son, Lloyd A. Days of Ellensburg, four grandsons, three brothers, David W. Days of Roslyn; John M. Days and Chauncy V. Days, both of Goldendale. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 13 at 2 p.m. in the Evenson Chapel with the Rev. Elwood S. Marvin officiating. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery.
