Description	:	Phillip J. Eustace, 88, past away March 27, 1974. Mr. Eustace was born in Wakefield, KS. He came to the Yakima Valley about 1900. In 1908 he gave his property at 15 N. 11th Ave. to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and moved to Selah, Wa. He planted several orchards in Selah and later was a coal miner in Idaho and Alaska. He came to the Yakima Valley about 1900. In 1908 he gave his property at 15 N. 11th Ave. to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and moved to Selah, Wa. He was an avid rock hound and member of the Rock Club and had a well-known rock collection He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Vella F. Eustace in 1967. Survivors include four stepsons, Dallas Morton of Yakima, Willard and Raymond Morton, both of McMinnville, Or., and Bernard Morton of Walnut Creek, Calif.; a brother, Dr. L.B. Eustace of Tascott, Kan,; a grandson; four great grandchildren; and a neice, Mrs. Al Mgrath with whom he had lived. from Obituary Yakima Herald Republic paper.
