Description	:	Phyllis was the daughter of Elmer Henry Brock and Angie M. (Ackerman) Brock. She grew up in the Old Hill Village and was a 1940 graduate of Franklin High School. She moved to Franklin in 1946. For 50 years Phyllis was the loving and devoted wife of Richard O. Mosher. They traveled together all over central New Hampshire buying and selling livestock before his death July 11, 1990. She loved to cook and took pride in every meal she prepared. She always fed the birds and in recent years she received much enjoyment watching the squirrels, turkeys, and woodchucks that she saw around her home. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Richard O. Mosher; sister, Anne M. Dickinson; brother, Elmer Brock; and nephew Kenneth Brock.
