Description	:	Phyllis Elaine Jones, 75, of Luray, died on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018. She was born on Aug. 10, 1943, in Virginia and was a daughter of the late John Lloyd Presgraves and Bertha Virginia Sigler Presgraves. Mrs. Jones had worked at the Luray Textile and was a member of the Rileyville Baptist Church. On June 17, 1961, she married William Franklin Jones, who survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are a brother, Leroy Presgraves of Luray; and a sister, Delores Richards of Front Royal. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Gerald, Vance and... A graveside service was conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray by the Rev. Dan Ellis.
