Description	:	Pierre Cantin, son of Etienne Cantin and Marie Louise Laliberté, was born and baptized on 8 Dec 1830 at Saint Jean Chrysostôme, Lévis, Québec, Canada. He married Marie Delina Paré, daughter of Pierre Paré and Françoise Côté, on 31 Jan 1854 at Saint Jean Chrysostôme. They were the parents of twelve children, nine of whom survived to 1900. The family immigrated to the United States in 1890 and settled in Berlin, Coos, New Hampshire. Pierre was widowed in 1903. He died at the age of 80 and was interred in Saint Anne Cemetery in Berlin.
