He was born to Lester and Betty Kingsley on February 1, 1945, in Tonasket, WA. He graduated from Oroville High School and entered the Army in the fall of 1963, serving in Germany. Read More	Wenatchee World - July 6, 2004 Wayne Kingsley, formerly of Oroville, passed away in Black Diamond, WA on June 23, 2004. He was born to Lester and Betty Kingsley on February 1, 1945, in Tonasket, WA. He graduated from Oroville High School and entered the Army in the fall of 1963, serving in Germany. Following an honorable discharge in 1966, he returned to Oroville and worked for a time, as well as co-owned the Union 76 station. Wayne was a longtime Black Diamond resident. He recently completed his 28th year with Hyster Sales, a Papé Group Co. Among Wayne's pastimes was his love to play golf and he traveled extensively, playing in many tournaments. Survivors include daughters, Lisa Duvall and Dawn of Carnation; his parents, Lester and Betty Kingsley of Oak Harbor; sisters, Susan (Art) Jackson of Oroville; and Nancy Scacco of East Wenatchee; Marcia Hayward of Kamloops, BC; nephews, Patrick Scacco, Bryan Hayward, Tim Hayward, Bruce Jackson; niece, Stacy Scacco. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by brother-in-law, Jim Hayward. A graveside service will be conducted by the Oroville American Legion Hodges #84 in Oroville, at the Riverview Cemetery, 1:00 p.m., July 10, 2004. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Bergh Funeral Service of Oroville in charge of arrangements.
