He was employed for 30 years as a machinist with Dana Weatherhead, Columbia City, IN retiring at age 55. He was a member of the UAW and the Eagles Lodge #1906, Columbia City, IN. He was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. He is survived by 2 sons, Arthur Wayne Reimer of Columbia City, IN and Les (Jeanne) Reimer of Pierceton, IN; 1 daughter, Tamera Jo Blosser of Columbia City, IN; 5 step children, Lloyd T. (Shelly) Geiger, Wolf Lake, IN, David Geiger, Fort Wayne, IN, Christopher (Shellie) Geiger, South Whitley, IN, Rochelle (Matt) Schroeder, San Jose, CA and Bernadette (Moe) Denbow, Memphis, TN; 4 brothers, Harry Franklin of Fort Wayne, IN, Franklin E., Bippus, IN, Brice and Delmer Reimer both of Columbia City, IN; 3 sisters, Betty (Roger) Treece of Churubusco, IN, Patricia (Ralph) Hartman of Columbia City, IN and Judy (Paul) Thompson of South Whitley, IN.
