October 4, 1954, at the Mercy Hospital, Oskaloosa, Iowa. On February 21, 1912, she was united in marriage to Peter C. She made confession of faith at an early age in the Peoria Christian Reformed Church of which she was a faithful member until she departed this life. She was a devoted Christian wife and mother, her life giving testimony to her risen Lord and Saviour in whom she trusted. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 6, 1954, at 1:30 p.m. from the Peoria Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Henry Verduin officiated and burial was in the Peoria cemetery.
