Description	:	Ralph Jacob Weisbrod, the son of Elmer and Sarah (Luedtke/Leudeke) Weisbrod, was born September 14, 1914, on the Weisbrod century old farm one mile south of Fenton, Iowa. He passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at the West Bend Care Center in West Bend, Iowa at the age of 93 years. He received his education in the country schools in Fenton. In his leisure time Ralph enjoyed golfing and bowling. Ralph was member of the United Methodist Church in Fenton and at the time of his death, Ralph was the oldest baptized member of the church his grandfather pioneered. He was also a member of the Farm Bureau. Grateful for having shared Ralph's life are his step-son, and his wife of Santa Fe, New Mexico; three grandchildren; his brother and wife as well as nieces and nephews. Preceding Ralph in death were his wife, sister, June Elbert and her husband, Milford of Whitemore and his parents.
