Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 29, at Powers Funeral Home in Creston. Burial will be at Summit Cemetery, west of Cromwell. Randall Wayne Culver was born July 18, 1949, a son to Wayne Wilson Culver and Shirley Ann (Bray) Culver in Creston, Iowa. He was educated at Central High School in Phoenix and graduated with the class of 1967. On April 26, 1969, Randy was united in marriage to Margaret Evan Burr in Phoenix, Ariz. Randy worked at the Post Office in Creston for almost 30 years, retiring in 2011. He was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Creston and enjoyed bowling, playing softball and golfing. Randy was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Laurie Ellington.
