Description	:	He was the son of Alvin Elwood and Isabell Chetta Johnson Sisler. He was the owner of Oakland Timberjax Tree Service. He was cutting down a tree when his harness broke and he fell 60' to his death. Loved and respected throughout the community, it took several hours in line for visitors to pay their final respects at the viewing. Newman Funeral Home did not have the facilities to handle the number of people that wanted to attend. Newman Funeral Home did not have the facilities to handle the number of people that wanted to attend. After his death, businesses along Route 219 and Route 135 in Oakland MD put up signs giving their condolances including the Oakland Fire Department and some announced they would be closed the day of his funeral. He also ran Mountain Top Tree Farm, worked as an Iron Worker with Local 568 and had a small family farm in Oakland Maryland. He was also a great help to Habitat for Humanity. He was greatly loved and will be missed.
