Description	:	Ray E. Dinnel, 54, of Morrill, died at a Cheyenne hospital early Monday morning (Aug. 19, 1968). He was born July 12, 1914 in Imperial, Nebr. He married Jewel M. Ele on August 15, 1934, in Trenton, Nebr. They moved to Morrill in 1937, where they have since resided. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Morrill, the United Commercial Travelers of America and a former member of the IOOF lodge of Morrill. He was born July 12, 1914 in Imperial, Nebr. He married Jewel M. Ele on August 15, 1934, in Trenton, Nebr. They moved to Morrill in 1937, where they have since resided. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Morrill, the United Commercial Travelers of America and a former member of the IOOF lodge of Morrill. Survivors include his widow; three sons: Jack D. of Casper, Wyoming.; Ronald R. of Mitchell and Donald L. of Morrill; a daughter, Mrs. Connie J. Amundsen of Sidney; two brothers: Lee of McCook, and Vern of Guernsey, Wyoming.; five sisters: Mrs. Rose Tarr of Eugene, Ore.; Mrs. Eula Fox of Bell, Calif.; Mrs. Bernice Shields of Huntington Park, Calif.; Mrs. Burnice Smith of Guernsey, Wyoming.; and Mrs. Peggy Anderson of Torrington; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, James M. Dinnel, his stepfather, Ralph Dean, two sons, one stillborn and Willis D. Dinnel in 1962, and also a brother, Walt. His mother, Mrs. Mary Dean, of Torrington passed away early Tuesday morning in the Torrington hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Dinnel were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church in Morrill. The Revs. Evan Kaechele of Cheyenne, Wyoming., and Martin Harmon of Morrill officiated. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Morrill. A memorial has been established to the cancer fund. The Jones Mortuary of Mitchell had charge of arrangements.
