He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ramsey. His grandmother, Mrs. Lydia M. Cassidy, was a pioneer Yountville resident. Mr. Ramsey made his home here until 1932, when the family moved to Oakland. He was a member of the Oakland Reserve Police Department. He is survived by his wife, Georgia, of Oakland, and three children, Betty and Warren, of Oakland, and Raymond Ramsey of Yountville. He was the brother of Robert J. Ramsey of Piedmont and John D. Ramsey of Oakland. He was the nephew of Mrs. Mamie Bowser, Miss Grace Cassidy, Mrs. Mabel Frost and Lloyd Cassidy, all of Yountville.
