Mrs. Peters was born in Conway, a daughter of the late Eddie Leo and Ruth Inez Martin. She loved to read and spend time with her family and friends. Mrs. Peters was predeceased by one son, Marion David Taylor; three brothers, Willie Malcolm Martin, John Monroe Martin, Jackie Lee Martin; and one sister, Luttie Bruce Hudson. Mrs. Peters was born in Conway, a daughter of the late Eddie Leo and Ruth Inez Martin. She loved to read and spend time with her family and friends. Mrs. Peters was predeceased by one son, Marion David Taylor; three brothers, Willie Malcolm Martin, John Monroe Martin, Jackie Lee Martin; and one sister, Luttie Bruce Hudson. Surviving is one daughter; Ruthie Ann Taylor of Galivants Ferry; one granddaughter, Leslie Taylor Grainger and husband Ron of Aynor, two great-granddaughters, Adrianna Taylor and Huckslee Grainger both of Aynor; one daughter-in-law, Gayle Johnson of Galivants Ferry; two sisters, Nell Stalvey and husband Francis of Hemingway, Linda Stalvey and husband Ronnie of Socastee; a special niece, Christy Randolph and husband Chris of Aynor; two special great nieces, Madison Randolph and Logan Randolph both of Aynor; a brother-in-law, Griffin Hudson of Surfside Beach; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Martin of Conway; many nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel with Rev. Darrell Langston officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all the nurses, aides, social workers, and other employees of Regency Hospice for all the help and support.
