Description	:	Rebecca was the daughter of George and Sarah Harter. Her first husband was Jacob Debolt who died in Brown County about 1853. They were the parents of George Debolt who was a captain in the 89th Ohio Infantry. He was with Sherman during Sherman's March to the Sea and he died in Savannah from dysentery on February 3, 1865. He is buried in Beaufort (South Carolina) National Cemetery. Rebecca's second husband was Samuel Martin. They married 18 October 1856 in Ripley.	Rebecca was the daughter of George and Sarah Harter.
