Mrs. Randolph, sister of her husband's first wife who died many years ago, was a daughter of Richard II and Eva V. (Randolph) Dulany, and a granddaughter of Colonel Richard Henry Dulany, native of England, who served in the Confederate army. Surviving with her husband are three stepchildren: Mrs. William B. Mason, of Washington, Dulany Randolph of Grafton and Archie C. Randolph, Jr., of Arlington. The Times Dispatch, Richmond, Virginia, July 20, 1941 A Bachelor's dinner will be given December 19 at the Arlington in honor of Mr. Frederick McElhone. Miss Rebecca Dulany and Mr. McElhone will be married at the home of the former, Grafton Hall, Upperville, Va., December 22. The Evening Star, Washington, D.C., December 14, 1908.
