Mrs. Toner's illness terminated in death yesterday afternoon at her late residence on Main street. Death was principally due to old age hastened by paralysis. The deceased was past the four score mark. She leaves two sons, both of this place, Messrs, Chas. and James Toner, the former foreman for the Fredlock Manufacturing Co., and James, who operates a blacksmith and wagon shop new the C. & P. railroad. Published Friday, August 5, 1910 in THE EVENING TIMES, on page 5, col. 3. ---------------------------- Death of Mrs. Tonry. Mrs. Rebecca Tonry, widow of James P. Tonry, died yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred W. Seaber, in Westernport, aged 78 years. Shs is survived by three sons. Charles and James Tonry, of Westernport; Joseph Tonry, Elkins, W . Va.; and five daughters, Mrs. H. A. McCulloh, Corsicana, Texas; Mrs. George R. Boyles. Mrs. George Cole, Mrs. F. C. Jamison and Mrs. Seaber, of Piedmont, and Westernport. Sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 3 o’clock from the home of Mrs. Seaber.
